Applicability
These terms shall apply to all deliveries and services provided by P-Mate BV during the execution of orders for non-commercial customers or companies. Any deviation and/or additional agreements must be confirmed in writing by P-Mate BV; this also applies when the requirement for written confirmation is abandoned.
Right of withdrawal
In the Netherlands, the period within which the customer can make use of his right of withdrawal is 7 working days. Within this period, you can cancel your delivery without stating grounds. You may do so in writing (an e-mail to info@p-mate.com will suffice) or by returning the products. Return the products within the specified period to:

Make sure the package is sufficiently stamped to prevent surcharge. Should the products be damaged or used, you will be charged a legally fixed amount. You can prevent this by only testing the products like you would test them in a shop and by returning them unused and in their original package. Return costs are to be paid by the customer.
Limited return policy
Products that have been custom-made for the customer, that have been adapted explicitly to the personal demands of the customer, or products not eligible for return due to their nature.
Product warranty information
The warranty is in accordance with the applicable law. If required, we will exchange or repair the product should it be defective. If a product cannot be repaired or if the exchanged product is defective as well, you can return the product and receive a full refund. It is also possible to keep the product and receive a partial refund.
Applicable law
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of law of the registered office of the seller, in this case Dordrecht.
Provisions The following provisions are applicable to your purchases at P-Mate BV:
Shipping
Before the goods ordered are shipped, you need to transfer the amount due + shipping costs. You may do so to the following account number: 10.84.34.885, in the name of P-Mate BV, Rijksstraatweg 155, 3316 EG, Dordrecht or through IDeal. As soon as we receive confirmation of your payment we will send you the products you desire. Your bank statement is your receipt (Make sure your hold on to it)!
We will send you your order through TNT Post. Shipping costs depend on the weight and/or dimensions of your order. The processing of your shipment by TNT Post usually takes 2 – 4 working days.

Establishment of the agreement
Once you have entered your personal information and you have clicked OK, you have entered into a binding agreement to order the products in the basket. After you have sent your order form, you will receive a confirmation message. The purchasing agreement is established as soon as we confirm the delivery and subsequently deliver the products.

You can have a look into our General Terms of Business on our website at any time. For security reasons, you cannot retrieve any information about your delivery through the internet.
